About Us




• Our mission is to create software to automate processes in SMEs, allowing them to unlock human energy spent on non-core activities. Our products evolve with our imagination and business needs. We are looking for pragmatic yet meticulous personalities to join our team. We are a close knit team, and we work hard but also have a lot of fun. As an early team member you will be working in a startup environment with significant independence and at lightning speed, pushing updates to production daily. You'll get the chance to have direct input into shaping the products.
  

  Special Projects is a unique role where you will be working on specific project deliverable and the product is usually very different from our core day to day engineering work. We are working on some super interesting projects outside of our HR software so why not apply and find out how your skills can be used!

You are likely able to:



• Write Django/Python and have knowledge of React/React Native
• Use Git version control systems
• Be skilled at performance improvement of web applications
• Be comfortable working individually as part of a team sprint
• Have the ability to mentor and assist others in problem solving
• Know how to work with and build APIs
• Have strong communication skills



What we like to see:



• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or similar subject
• Several years of experience coding
• Full stack experience always helps
• Experience building real time single page apps
• Prior startup experience so you know what the grind is like
• Logical thinking with a creative mind to solving problems
• A conscientious hunger for excellence. We can't have bad code pushed to production.

iOS App Developer (Full Time)

You are likely able to:

• Write native iOS code or have knowledge of React Native
• Use Git version control systems
• Be skilled at performance improvement of web applications
• Be comfortable working individually as part of a team sprint
• Have the ability to mentor and assist others in problem solving
• Know how to work with and build APIs
• Have strong communication skills

What we like to see:

• Experience writing Django/Python
• Experience building real time single page apps
• Prior startup experience
• Logical thinking with a creative mind to solving problems

UI/UX Designer (Part-time)

You are likely able to:

• Familiar with Webapp and Mobile App designs
• Have experience with UX
• Be a master of UI design tools like Sketch, Figma, Photoshop.
• Be comfortable guiding your own workflow
• Understand user flows and foresee design issues
• Work closely with backend engineers

What we like to see:

• Work experience or a portfolio of design work
• Experience building real time single page apps
• Prior startup experience
• Logical thinking with a creative mind to solving problems
• A conscientious hunger for excellence

As an early team member you will be working in a startup environment with significant independence and at lightning speed, pushing updates to production daily. You'll get the chance to have direct input into shaping the products.

You are likely able to:

• Write Django/Python and have some knowledge of React
• Use Git version control systems
• Be comfortable working individually as part of a team sprint
• Have the ability to mentor and assist others in problem solving
• Know how to at build APIs
• Have strong communication skills

What we like to see:

• Studying for a degree in Computer Science or related field
• You have coded several of your own personal projects
• You are excited about startups
• Logical thinking with a creative mind to solving problems
• A conscientious hunger for excellence

Note this is for a summer internship or winter internship but full time in both cases.
